This song manages to mashup two unconnected reports of theft and Belgian politics. The scenario is that due to a mix up in communications, the French confuse reports of Paris Hilton’s Hollywood burglary with their capital city being stolen by Belgians.

King Albert decides rather than risk the wrath of his European neighbours to sell the entire land to a French bank.

It doesn't make a great deal of sense, but how much music have you heard with stories based on far-fetched, dubious concepts, from club tracks to operas? With a chorus about financial freedom, it now seems almost prescient in it's dance floor bombast in a Frankie Goes to Hollywood 80s Euro-house style.
